Building on this year’s theme of Changing the Landscape, our second panel will focus on women who have influenced or created change within their organizations.

Organizational change is critical for business and career success. Whether it’s a change to business operations, a shift in company or team culture, or a new initiative championing female career advancement, driving change on any issue at an organizational level is an accomplishment.

We have invited three inspiring panelists to share their experiences as creators of change, and to talk about the strategies that have been most successful for them in bringing positive change to an organization.
