Roshan Grossman Roshan Grossman is the Owner and Principal of Hot Quill Communications, and the blogger behind Quill and Curio. She’s also the founder of Cloak and Curio –  a clothing donation program for women’s shelters in the Waterloo Region. Roshan is a member of the board of directors for Inspiring Minds Early Learning Centre, and she also volunteers for various community programs. With over 10 years of experience in the Canadian Financial Services industry, Roshan is now lending her communications expertise to clients in the tech sector. Andrea_Sangster Andrea Sangster has been a marketing professional in the technology industry for over 15 years and has a broad range of expertise. She is currently on the market for a full-time role, but is finding success with a few contract marketing & writing projects, balanced with guest blogging, strengthening her network and enjoying time with her family & friends. Kristen McDougall Kristina McDougall currently leads the Recruitment and Executive Search practice for The Laudi Group, managing critical senior level searches for high-growth tech clients. Karen Cecile Waterloo Region – Karen Cecile has deep roots in the local software development community and has helped shape technology over the years in a variety of roles. Today, Karen is heading up software testing at Fongo Inc., dedicated to changing the face of mobile communications, and also volunteers as an Ignite Waterloo organizer. katy Ottawa Region – Katy Pelletier graduated from the University of Ottawa with an honours degree in Biopharmaceutical Science, and has built her career in sales, business development and management within the Biotech industry. She has worked both at start-ups and multi-billion dollar enterprises, and loves bringing cutting-edge technology to market. Currently Katy is working as part of the Management Team at Spartan Bioscience, where she leads the sales division. She is also a board member for the Good Morning Creative Arts and Preschool.
Katy feels passionately about helping young women who are interested in building rewarding careers and striving for leadership. She also loves being a mom, and spends as much time as possible with her crazy boys both under 5.
