|Julia Rosien is the founder and Chief Idea Officer of SocialNorth, a social media strategist firm as well as founder and owner of GoGirlfriend, a travel-based website for women. Julia serves on various boards of directors. She is currently the 2013 Chairman for Withit.org, a non-profit organization for women in the home and furnishings industries. Cynthia M. McIntyre, Chief Financial Officer
|Cynthia M. McIntyre is a tax partner with Ernst & Young LLP and leads firm’s Southwestern Ontario tax practice. She also leads the firm’s local technology industry practice. With over 17 years of experience, she has a broad range of experience in all areas of income tax planning and compliance. Cynthia advises clients ranging from startups to multinationals on such issues as planning on international tax issues, corporate and personal income tax compliance and planning, and corporate reorganizations. Most of all she enjoys talking to entrepreneurs about their business and what makes them successful. Cynthia is actively involved in EY’s Professional Women’s Network, currently serving as chair. Cynthia is very passionate about the benefits of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and in the boardroom. She also serves as the treasurer for St. Mary’s Hospital Foundation in Kitchener, Ontario.|
Anne Zhang, Treasurer
|Anne Zhang is a Manager with Deloitte LLP, one of Canada’s leading professional services firms, with a focus on technology and media companies in Southwestern Ontario. Anne enjoys working with dynamic individuals that are passionate about how their ideas are changing the landscape of technology in North America. A dual graduate of the University of Waterloo and Wilfrid Laurier University, she obtained her Chartered Accountant designation in 2010. In her spare time, Anne enjoys watching baseball, travelling the world, and hopes to visit all the continents.|
Tabitha Creighton, Vice-Chair
Tabitha Creighton’s background and professional area of focus encompasses nearly 18 years in corporate and IT strategy alignment, performance management, and IT transformation initiatives. She is a member of the Board of Directors and the CFO at Knowledgetech Consulting, one of B.C.’s oldest independent consulting firms. Prior to joining Knowledgetech 5 years ago, she ran IT Strategy for Canadian Tire and was an Enterprise Strategy Consultant and Project Manager at Microsoft, where she helped launch the global Project Management role.
An active member of the technology and arts communities, Tabitha previously held the positions of Co-Chair of the B.C. chapter of CATA’s Women in Technology forum, and was a member of the Board of Directors for the PuSh International Performing Arts Festival. She is also actively involved with the Microsoft Alumni Foundation, a philanthropic body created to catalyze the collective power of the Microsoft Alumni Family. She is also an avid rock climber, amateur runner, and a big fan of all things TED!

Leslie MacLean, VP, Programs
|Leslie MacLean is the president and principal consultant of First Dawn Enterprises Inc., a firm focused on providing project and program management services to the telecom, retail, and financial industries. Leslie enjoys helping clients deliver the benefits of successful projects while nurturing their reputation, stability, and growth. Coming out of the first co-op Computer Science program ever offered at Saint Mary’s University, she benefited from strong mentors early on. In her 20-year career, she has held many roles but none more important than that of mentor and champion of individuals new to technology eager to thrive in the competitive landscape.
